This system consists of:
• Standard Guide Dog Tracking Valve
• Standard Guide Dog Tracking Cylinder
• Standard Filter/Regulator/Lubricator
• 10m x dia. 8mm PVC Tubing with
push-in fittings.
• 140mm Stroke
• 140mm Max Diameter Roller interface
• Mild steel or Stainless Steel bodies are available.
This unit replaces the Rubber Bellows tracking unit. It is a cost effective way that is maintenance friendly due to the fact that are no slides that can jam with slurry.
The limitation of the bellow tracking system is the 140mm maximum stroke. Especially on bigger machines the tracking cylinder, with a stroke of up to 320mm, assures adequate cloth tracking by increasing the effective angle of the tracking roller
