This is a cost effective design that can be completely dismantled for cleaning if required. Bayonet coupled nozzles, which are effective, are standard to minimize own time. These nozzles are available in different sizes to fit you specific needs.
PVC Spray Bars are manufactured on request only and can be made up to fit any application.
When installed, the nozzles can be cleaned while the machine is in operation. This is done by turning a hand wheel that is connected to a shaft with stainless steel brushes that cleans the inverted nozzles. The loose solids inside the bar are then flushed out via a ball valve.
